New Cocktail and Mac & Cheese Added to ‘Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue’ Menu

The “Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue” is returning to Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort on June 23 with an updated all-you-care-to-enjoy menu. Showtimes and pricing have already been announced.

Guests can choose from standard fountain drinks or, for guests over 21, red and white sangria, draft beer, and wine. New to the menu is The Giddy-Up cocktail featuring a blend of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, and freshly brewed iced tea. Locally crafted beers available include Tampa Bay Brewing Elephant Foot IPA, Cigar City Jai Alai IPA, Cigar City Maduro Brown Ale, Orange Blossom Pilsner, Central 28 UnderDuck Lager, and 3 Daughters Brewing Blonde Ale.

The Hoop Salad is topped with the signature “hoop” vinaigrette, sharp white cheddar, cucumbers, and tomatoes. The House-made Cornbread comes with honey butter. The table also gets Creamy Coleslaw before the main course.

Pecan-smoked BBQ Pork Ribs with BBQ sauce and the Legendary Fried Chicken are staples of The Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue. As for side dishes, guests can enjoy home-style mashed potatoes and Cowboy Beans. Cornbread-crusted macaroni and cheese has been added to the menu. Seasonal vegetables are also usually available.

It wouldn’t be dinner at Pioneer Hall without ‘Ma’s Famous Strawberry Shortcake topped with whipped cream and strawberries.
