EPCOT Food and Wine

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will be starting soon! We’ve already shared tons of tips about how to conquer this festival, and this morning we got a FULL look at the food booth menus. You may be looking forward to trying some returning favorites, but what about those NEW items? Well, there are quite a few joining the festival this year!

Today we’re breaking down every single NEW item you’ll be able to try at this year’s Food and Wine Festival! Here’s a full list of the new foods coming to the Festival this year:

  • Guava Mousse on a sugar cookie with coconut-lime whipped cream (Plant-based)

  • Potential ingredient change: Feijoada: Black Beans with crispy pork belly, Brazil nut pesto, and Ben’s Original Long Grain White Rice (Note that we did try a Feijoada dish at the Brazil booth back in 2011 but it was simply described as a black bean and pork stew and it looked different than the image Disney has shared for 2022)

Coastal Eats (Opening in August)

  • Potential ingredient changes: Baked Scampi Dip with shrimp, scallops, and baguette (We have had a Baked Scampi Dip from Coastal Eats before — in fact, it has been one of our returning favorites in the past. Previously it was served with a sourdough baguette and featured mainly shrimp. It looks like the baguette could be a bit different this year, and the addition of the scallops appears to be a newer addition as well)

  • Bell’s Lager of the Lakes Bohemian Pilsner

  • The American Adventure – Mocha Madness: A sweet frozen cappuccino blended with chocolate syrup (non-alcoholic) (Spirited version available with Godiva Chocolate Liqueur)
  • World Showcase (Near Disney Traders) – Castaway Cold Brew: A creamy combination of Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro and sweet cream (non-alcoholic) (Spirited version available with Grey Goose Vodka and Kahlúa Liqueur)
  • Near Canada – Arctic Sunrise: A cool citrus treat featuring passion fruit over ice and coconut syrup (non-alcoholic) (Spirited version available with Bacardí Tropical Rum)
  • Ingredient changes: World Discovery (Near Mission: SPACE – Nitro Dreams: A creamy combination of Joffrey’s Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro Cold Brew, Irish cream syrup, and half & half topped with cream (non-alcoholic) (Spirited version available with Angel’s Envy Bourbon) (Disney has identified this as “new” but the Nitro Dreams drink did exist back in 2021 as a hidden menu item. Back then, however, it was a mixture of Joffrey’s Nitro Cold Brew and Half-and-Half; now it’s described as featuring the Shakin’ Jamaican Nitro Cold Brew and Irish Cream Syrup, topped with cream)
