Façade of Disney Vacation Club Tower Visible at Disneyland Hotel as Construction Continues

From high-up in the soon-to-be-refurbished Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, we can see what appears to be the façade of the new Disney Vacation Club tower at Disneyland Hotel.

The tower was approved by the City of Anaheim in 2020 and construction went vertical a few months ago.

It looks different from the concept art released two years ago, seen above, but plans frequently change between concept art and conception.

The façade features a round window with a Mickey head above the porte cochère.

Some of the façade is white or grey — likely primer for brighter colors. Other sections are a more vibrant red and yellow.

The tops of the façade walls are curved towards the corners of the building.

The sides of the building are striped red and yellow. They are still covered in scaffolding but the building has come a long way in the past few months. We could see some crew members working on the scaffolding when we stopped by this week.
