REVIEW: 🥭 MANGO 🥭 Blue Milk Has Arrived In Disneyland!

Bright Suns from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland!

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

We’re bringing you a look at all the ways Disney is celebrating May the 4th, from special experiences to — of course — all the limited-edition Star Wars-themed treats we could ever need. With that being said, let’s head on over to a counter-service spot that’s serving up some special snacks for Star Wars Day!

The Milk Stand located in Batuu’s Black Spire Outpost in Disneyland serves up both Blue and Green Milk on their regular menu, but we’re not here to talk about either of those!

For a limited time, there’s a special drink on the menu at this spot for May the 4th — the Blue Milk: Mon Cala Swirl, for $8.79.

The Mon Cala Swirl is made from Blue Milk and Blue Mango Sour Jellies, topped with a Sour Shimmery Mango Gel. Sounds interesting…but it actually tasted amazing! The mango swirl seemed to change the whole flavor of the drink, so we think that even people who don’t love Blue Milk will enjoy this.

It’s very light, refreshing, and fruity, but it doesn’t have that overpowering rice milk taste that sometimes comes in this Star Wars drink. The mango flavor is a little bit sweet — not sour at all — and the jellies add a fun textural element.

Pretty!

The jellies don’t really change the flavor of the drink, but when you eat them on their own they’re a little bit sour.

You can also get the Mon Cala Swirl (or regular Blue or Green Milk) served in a souvenir Bubo Wamba Family Farms Cup. It features logos from Bubo Wamba’s Family Farms, and you can get a drink in it for $12.99 total (including the drink itself).

The Milk Stand is also serving the Chocolate Chip Sweet-Sand Cookie — a Chocolate Chip and Toffee cookie topped with Pistachios and Sea Salt. It costs $3.69. When we stopped by to ask the Cast Members about this cookie, though, they informed us that it was sold out. Another Cast Member mentioned that it’s only available during the After Hours Star Wars event. We’ll be on the lookout for more information about the treat, so stay tuned.
