EPCOT’s Pretzel Bread Pudding Might be the Best Thing You’ll Eat on Your Vacation

Those cute Disney snacks. You know the ones I’m talking about. They’re the darling of all the social posts, everyone’s completely goo goo about them, and while they might be cute, nine times out of ten, they tend to fall short in the taste department. And you and I end up disappointed and out five bucks. At least.

I’m happy to report today that I had one of those Disney social media darling snacks this week, and gracious goodness you need to have it, too. Enter Sommerfest‘s Pretzel Bread Pudding.

Sommerfest, the Germany pavilion’s quick service location, can be found just inside the arches of the back wall of the pavilion. The choices are few at Sommerfest, but what they may lack in quantity, they make up for in quality. And if the line’s just a bit long when you stop by, don’t forget that you can order that amazing snack goodness (or Sommerfest’s Bratwurst) via the mobile order feature in the My Disney Experience app.

Please take a moment to fully take in the beauty that is the Pretzel Bread Pudding. It’s served warm and drizzled in a generous portion of caramel and what I believe is the vanilla sauce used for Biergarten‘s beloved Apple Strudel. This snack is tall, and is packed with chunks of bread and pretzel.

Just like you might think when you’re talking pretzels, this snack has the whole sweet-n-salty thing down pat. The top of the bread pudding has a bit of a toasty and pebbled exterior, and features the perfect sprinkling of salt. The bread pudding itself is straight up comfort food without leaving you feeling weighed down. It’s moist and filled with flavor. Think in the direction of all things fall spices, and you’re halfway there. Oh, that cinnamon. Just delish.

The Pretzel Bread Pudding will set you back $4.79, which, in my book, is a great value for the payoff. My advice? If you’re not the only one who’s going to want a bite of this snack, get two. You’re gonna need that second one. Trust me.
