Best Brunch Spots to Celebrate Mother’s Day at Disney Springs

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with food. Whether you are visiting this year or the next, these brunch spots are the best. Over the years, my favorite memories with my mom have been made at Walt Disney World and typically involve food, specifically brunch. Disney Springs has become one of our favorite spots to explore when my mom comes to visit Orlando.

Tennesse Toast From House of Blues. Wine and Chocolate Pairing at Wine Bar George.

Wine Bar George has a Wine Country Brunch available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 am to 2 pm. The menu is broken down between Starters, Boards, Main Plates, and Sides. You can find the fan-favorite Cripsy Mac & Cheese Bites on the Starter Menu. Those Mac & Cheese Bites have my heart. Also on the Starter Menu are the House-made Hummus, Kendall Brook Smoked Salmon, and a Spring Salad. The board section offers three shareable boards: the Artisanal Cheese Board, Charcuterie Board, and the Big Board. The Big Board has six artisanal cheeses and five artisanal meats and condiments. The Main Plates section has various options from Steak and Eggs, Burrata, French Toast, Eggs Benedict, and even Fried Chicken Biscuits. The sides are pretty standard, like Two Eggs, Potato Hash with Bacon, Bacon, and House-Made Buttermilk Biscuits. You will want to make reservations if you want to dine here, especially during holidays.

House of Blues is one of my favorite brunch locations on Disney property. The live music, the art, and the food make it such a great experience. My mom and I love live music, so it’s high on my list. Their brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm, and the entire menu is available after 12 pm. The menu is filled with hearty meals like Chicken ‘n’ Donuts, Breakfast Burrito, Chicken Biscuits & Gravy, and the Morning Smash Burger. My go-to on this menu is the Tennessee Toast served on country toast, avocado smash, roasted corn salsa, clover honey, and sea salt. House of Blues brunch is also known for its Bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill is a spot I didn’t expect to have brunch, but the menu looks fantastic. This restaurant has beautiful large glass windows that look out into Disney Springs. In my opinion, those windows give a fancier feel to this location even though the description says it’s a laid-back California-inspired atmosphere. When I see huge windows, I always think of fancy. The brunch menu consists of Smashed Avocado Toast, Cajun Shrimp & Grits, Fried Chicken & Waffles, and an Old-school Breakfast. The Old-school Breakfast comes with Two Eggs of any style, bacon, Tuscan potatoes, and toast. You can also order from their pizza menu and their standard entree menu during brunch. This is a location that I would love to take my mom to because they have several items on the menu that I know she would love.

These three restaurants are in that two dollars sign ($$) range meaning anywhere between $15 to $34.99 per adult. Each location offers a different experience and a variety of foods. If you can’t find a reservation on the My Disney Experience app, be sure to check out the Open Table app; you may be able to find one there. As a fur mom, I wish my cats could take me out to brunch at any of these locations this coming Mother’s Day, but instead, I will be taking my mom so that we can celebrate her.
