Disney Institute In-Person Learning Returning on May 23

In-person learning from the Disney Institute will return to Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort this spring beginning May 23.

Through the Disney Institute, “Participants are invited on a hands-on professional development adventure that takes you on a journey through our company’s storied history, where you will learn, interact, listen and enhance your skills alongside Disney leaders and experience how we continue to cultivate a culture of Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency.”

The Disney Institute utilizes classroom learning and in-field learning at Disney Parks. Disneyland Resort will offer one-day sessions, and multi-day sessions will be available at Walt Disney World.

Registration is now open for three courses: Disney’s Approach to Leadership ExcellenceDisney’s Approach to Employee Engagement, and Disney’s Approach to Quality Service.

View the upcoming Disney Institute schedule and register for in-person offerings. The full collection of online courses presented by Disney leaders is still available for on-demand viewing.
