VIDEO: The Hidden Haunted Mansion Secret You’ve Probably NEVER Noticed in Disney World!

There are SO many things about Disney World that blow our minds (and would probably blow your mind too)!

Are You a Haunted Mansion Fan?

Some of the things that never cease to amaze us are those tiny details hidden all around the parks, in the hotels, on the rides, in the stores — EVERYWHERE! These are the types of amazing details that you might have walked past hundreds of times and never even noticed. Well, today we spotted one at a store close to the Haunted Mansion and it’s spooktacular!

Memento Mori, the Haunted Mansion-themed gift shop which is located near the ride, can sometimes get overlooked. If you’re rushing out of the Mansion to get to your next ride or reservation, you might walk past this shop and never get the chance to see all of the amazing treasures inside!

Memento Mori

Inside the store, you will find hats that’ll make you a happy haunt, Haunted Mansion-themed phone cases, and even some incredible figurines. Basically, if you love the Haunted Mansion, you’ll want to check out the merchandise in this spot!

Welcome, foolish mortals.

But, the store is so much more than just the merchandise it carries. All around, you’ll find all kinds of incredible details and references to some of the Mansion’s most famous residents.

So Many Unique Items

Today, we spotted a VERY special detail that you may have NEVER noticed here before. Take a close look at the video below and see if you can spot a bottled spirit!

These bottled spirits only materialize for about 2 seconds. Then they go away and you’ll have to wait until they pop up again. So, you really need to be looking for them! Even if you’ve been in this spot a TON of times, you may have never looked up or even noticed them there!

It’s an incredible little hidden detail that (like many other details all around Disney World) is not technically necessary in any way, but it adds such a great layer of depth to the story of the store and the attraction overall.

We were absolutely delighted to see this happy haunt making their little appearance in the parks today. Just goes to show you — no matter how many times you’ve been to Disney World, there are still so many new things to discover!
