Cookies from Gideon’s Bakehouse have been around Disney Springs for a while. They used to be served in extremely limited quantities over at The Polite Pig. But, Gideon’s Bakehouse will be opening their own location in Disney Springs this year and we cannot wait!

Their new location will serve all kinds of goodies, including their signature cookies, cake slices, and unique coffees.

If surrounding yourself with the delicious cookies all day long sounds like an absolutely dream to you, then you may want to join Gideon’s team! They are actually now hiring for their Disney Springs location. We spotted this announcement on their Instagram. If you’re interested, you can check out their website and apply for a position with them.

The real question is — could you stop yourself from eating ALL the cookies if you worked there? We don’t know if we could have that level of self-control. They’re just so delicious! We’re hopeful that this announcement signals that Gideon’s is getting even closer to opening their new Disney Springs location.
