We’ve been actively following the developments with Disney World’s Reopening, which begins July 11th.

One major issue that guests ran into early on was the inability to book new Advance Dining Reservations through Disney. It seems that might have changed!
We noticed tonight in the My Disney Experience app that you can now book reservations at select restaurants in Disney Springs.

The app and website seem glitchy. We found certain open restaurants, like Wine Bar George, having no times available. Others, like Planet Hollywood, Frontera Cocina, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, and more were bookable through the My Disney Experience website.

Disney’s language on their website seems to have possibly changed to reflect this. It now reads that, “select dining locations in Disney Springs are currently accepting reservations.”

It’s possible the system is beginning to prepare for the new reservation system that’s being implemented as well as the new 60 day booking window for dining reservations. We’ll keep you posted as this develops.
