AT HOME DISNEY COOKING AND MORE!

Everybody dreams of that perfect meal, dreams they could just create food effortlessly. But effortlessly is what we are bringing to the table today! We thought we would continue on by creating an amazing Disney meal from the vast Satu’li Canteen, showing you more of our dinners, and even the tiniest of projects, such as a Rollercoaster. As we move fowardward with these home vlogs we keep finding enjoyment by making food and doing side projects! Over the years we have created some of Disney’s well known treats, fun side projects, and we plan on keeping ourselves busy through these hard times!

CHEESEBURGER PODS FROM SATU’LI CANTEEN

First on the list we have the Cheeseburger Pods from Satu’li Canteen! This dish is a bit of a process to make, but we are here to simplify it for you. So the first step we are going to take is to make the Bao dough. You are going to need ⅔ of a cup of warm water, 2 tsps of instant yeast, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of canola oil, 1 ¼ cup of bread flour, 1 tsp of kosher salt, and finally 3 quarters of a tsp of baking powder plus parchment paper to line your steaming basket! To actually make the Bao dough we followed the recipe over at https://www.tastingtable.com/cook/recipes/how-to-make-bao-buns-chinese-steamed-buns. Now it’s time to make the filling, you are going to need 1 lb. of ground beef, ½ white onion diced, ½ cup dill pickle diced, 4 oz. of velveeta cheese, 1-2 tbsp yellow mustard, a couple shakes of worcestershire sauce, also salt and pepper. First, you are going to brown your beef and season with salt and pepper. Once beef is cooked all the way through, add your diced onion and continue cooking then drain the grease. Then add your velveeta cheese and make sure it’s completely melted in with your beef. Transfer your beef into a bowl and add your dill pickle, yellow mustard, worcestershire sauce and mix it all together. Once you have your Bao dough rolled out, add your filling in the middle of the dough and turn it into a ball with your filling in the middle. Finally, get boiling water and cook the Cheeseburger Pods in the pan covered for 15 minutes.

BUILDING A TINY ROLLER COASTER

Since we are stuck in our home and have not been able to go to the parks and ride coasters we thought we would bring it to our home, but in a teeny version! We ordered Nano Roller Coaster sets! We built Mako, because it’s one of our favorite roller coasters in Orlando and here you can remoness with us https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDoNJdFrOxw! Then we got excited so we built the Iron Gwazi because we think it will be one of our new favorite coasters when it finally opens! Here you can find the tour https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s37zCtmciXA we can’t wait to finally ride it!

ZERO STRESS BREAKFAST BAKE

We decided to make a tasty breakfast meal for dinner, who says you can’t have breakfast for dinner am I right! To start your tasty meal you’re going to need sausage, scallions, cheddar cheese, bread, eggs and mascarpone cheese. First you are going to cube up your bread into little bite sizes, place them on a pan and put them into the oven so they can tost up! While your bread is toasting you are going to dice your scallions and we are going to start our mixture. Add 4 whisked eggs, water, mascarpone, salt and pepper into a bowl. Then cook your sausage and add your scallions as your cooking, on the side make sure you’re shredding your cheddar cheese. Finally, add your sausage, mixture, and shredded cheese onto the pan with your cubed bread and cover with tin foil. Put your pan into the oven for 20 minutes and wala you have a Zero Stress Breakfast Bake masterpiece!

Overall, we have an amazing time making at home dinners and meals as a family, along with the projects! Obviously, we really enjoy the food and the fun but it’s about the family bonding and time we spend together. We hope you learned some new meals to make and some cool things to pass time, until next time!
