Today Bob Chapek, Chairman, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts announced that Walt Disney Imagineering Creative VP Bob Weis has been promoted to President of Walt Disney Imagineering.

Tower of Terror to be Re-Themed to Guardians of the Galaxy

Walt Disney Imagineering announced at Comic-Con in San Diego that the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney California Adventure will get a “Guardians of the Galaxy” treatment in time for the May 2017 release of the film’s sequel.


Disney Parks Gets FAA Permission to Fly Drones
